All you need to do is take the device out of the box, insert the batteries, and get started. It uses GPS technology to locate and identify more than 50,000 stars, constellations, and planets. The LED backlit red display makes the text information like history and facts easy to read. Plug in the included headphones for private listening to the audio information. 

An included USB port allows you to easily download database updates. If you want to conduct an interactive audio tour of the evening skies, insert an available SkyTour SD multimedia card (not included). This device is as fun as it is educational.
