The Fisher Price Splatster has some very reasonable size and weight measurements.  Its size dimensions are only 14.2 x 3 x 11.2 inches making it very easy to put away or take with you on trips.  In addition, the product weighs only 1.6 pounds which makes it ideal for kids to play with without fear of them hurting themselves with it.   

The manufacturer recommends the Splatster game system for ages 36 months to 8 years.  This means it is ideal for older toddlers and young kids and this is a pretty good age estimate as this system does have a few smaller parts.

The Fisher Price Splatster has a plug and play system fits into the TV’s RCA jacks.  In addition, the kids are able to have all this fun thanks to a camera setup that tracks the movement of the wireless paint brush controller. 

Kids can add paint brush strokes, or swirls and more all by doing different motions with the paint brush.  These are read by the camera and presto!  These changes are all added to the television screen keeping kids engaged and eager for them to make even further additions.  However, even if they grow tired of working on their masterpiece, they can always play the arcade style games for a change of pace so there is plenty for kids to do with this one.
